T-shirt: "Howard Finster Millennium Folk Art With Cross". Full Color silk screen T-shirt on Large Fruit of the Loom 50% cotton/50% Polyester. Signed in gold metallic marker w/3-guardian angels and a UFO on crossbeam; I requested Howard to please inscribe "R.E.M." in the Sun at the top of the Cross. He also added some pinpoints of light. Never worn. Spectacular.
Acquired from Howard Finster at Paradise Gardens in Summerville, Georgia. I met Howard there and at statewide art festivals approximately a dozen times. R.E.M filmed their video Radio Free Europe at Paradise Gardens—Howard makes a brief appearance near its conclusion.
