This is the companion book that accompanied the lithograph print "Still Life After the Party" offered as livres d’artiste from Interview magazine 1979. A New York auction house auctioned my print ten years ago but would not include the book. I was puzzled by their decision, quizzed them on it, but went ahead with the sale. Ten years later I offered the book to the same auction house and they declined unless I also included the print ! I pointed out this discrepancy and they apologized and countered by offering to auction the book but suggested I sell it on my own. Hence, I am offering it now. (I can document this with emails from the house in question. They are good people).
